Delivery
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 working days. Once your parcel is on the way, tracking details are sent by email.

Returns
If something is not quite right, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be unworn and returned with original tags
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return
- Refunds are processed once the returned parcel has been checked
- Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to appear after approval
